1. The service

عيون الوصل lets anyone scan a QR sticker on a vehicle to contact its owner without either party seeing the other's phone number. In an emergency, the scanner can alert the owner's family and emergency services.

2. Not an emergency service

عيون الوصل is a communication tool, not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call your country's emergency number first (e.g. 112 in Kuwait).

3. Owner responsibilities

  • Keep your phone number current so you receive alerts.
  • Only add emergency contacts who have agreed to be contacted.
  • Do not use the service for illegal purposes.

4. Scanner responsibilities

  • Use the service only for legitimate reasons (blocked vehicle, emergency, etc.).
  • Do not send abusive, threatening, or spam messages.
  • False emergency alerts may be reported to authorities.

5. Blocking and rate limits

Owners can block scanners. The system limits repeated alerts to prevent abuse. Emergency alerts are never blocked.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee message delivery or response times. SMS and WhatsApp delivery depends on third-party providers and network conditions.

7. Liability

عيون الوصل is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, delayed alerts, or actions taken by owners, scanners, or emergency services.

8. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

1. الخدمة

عيون الوصل يتيح لأي شخص مسح ملصق QR على مركبة للتواصل مع مالكها دون أن يرى أي طرف رقم الآخر. في حالة الطوارئ، يمكن للماسح تنبيه عائلة المالك وخدمات الطوارئ.

2. ليست خدمة طوارئ

عيون الوصل أداة تواصل وليست خدمة طوارئ. في حالة الطوارئ، اتصل أولاً برقم الطوارئ في بلدك (مثل 112 في الكويت).

3. مسؤوليات المالك

  • حافظ على تحديث رقم جوالك لاستقبال التنبيهات.
  • أضف فقط جهات اتصال طوارئ وافقت على التواصل معها.
  • لا تستخدم الخدمة لأغراض غير قانونية.

4. مسؤوليات الماسح

  • استخدم الخدمة لأسباب مشروعة فقط (مركبة معيقة، طوارئ، إلخ).
  • لا ترسل رسائل مسيئة أو تهديدية أو مزعجة.
  • تنبيهات الطوارئ الكاذبة قد تُبلغ للسلطات.

5. الحظر وحدود الاستخدام

يمكن للمالكين حظر الماسحين. يحد النظام من التنبيهات المتكررة لمنع الإساءة. تنبيهات الطوارئ لا تُحظر أبداً.

6. بدون ضمان

تُقدم الخدمة "كما هي". لا نضمن إيصال الرسائل أو أوقات الاستجابة. إيصال الرسائل يعتمد على مزودي الخدمة وحالة الشبكة.

7. المسؤولية

عيون الوصل غير مسؤول عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو عدم القدرة على استخدامها، أو تأخر التنبيهات، أو تصرفات المالكين أو الماسحين أو خدمات الطوارئ.

8. إنهاء الحساب

يمكننا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة.

9. التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التغيير يعني قبولك للشروط المحدثة.
